My Corporate Coaching on Demand Program successfully supports leaders in whatever way they feel best serves them, their teams and organizations—in a totally customized and “on demand” way.

The Details

  • I commit to engaging with your organization for a set number of hours on a monthly retainer basis—you select how these hours will be used to best support leaders and organizational initiatives

  • I am available during those hours to coach, consult, or facilitate—I am yours to leverage in whatever ways you see fit

  • Engaging in this fashion allows for a variety of issues and challenges to be addressed across the organization—and for professional development dollars to be distributed across multiple recipients, to be used just where it’s most needed.
